An excellent opportunity has arisen for an employment solicitor with at least 2 years' experience to join an expanding team in Cheltenham. You will be joining a well ranked Employment Team dealing with a range of employment issues.
Providing services and support throughout a range of matters from day to day contracts, policies and procedures to more complex issues such as employment tribunals, redundancy, TUPE transfers and discrimination matters.
As employment solicitor, you will support clients on a full range of employment matters, providing both commercially focused and results driven advice.
You will advise on issues such as contracts, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management and settlement agreements and you with have the ability to do this with consistently with high levels of quality and client service.
