This role based in the heart of the West End is working for a niche law firm 9.30am to 5.30pm and will provide support and assistance to the Head of IT, others in the IT Team and all staff. The role is offered for 4 days a week (days flexible) and is paying 40k for the 4 days

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be working across several areas of the firm and will work on highly confidential information and therefore discretion and confidentiality are vital. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritise their work in order to provide a good service for the people they assist:
IT Training
Organising and delivering IT training to internal users including:
Training of all new joiners on the most frequently used software used by the firm – See attached list of software
• Assisting with the investigation/testing and roll-out of new software purchased by the firm
• Learning and giving training (either individually or group sessions) to others in the firm on new software purchased by the firm
Supporting the IT team will include :
• Assisting with the organisation of in-house IT training
• Creation of user and IT 'How to' guides
• Assisting with current IT projects
Precedent Management & Formatting
Editing and putting precedents into house style and making sure they are correct before being released via the firm's Word Ribbon (this includes cross-referencing)
• Making global changes to all precedents when there are changes in the law (as advised )
• Managing the up-keep of the precedent ribbon which involves putting precedents in the global area, adding to the ribbon and advising users they have been added/updated

• Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype for Business / Teams)
