In-house litigation legal counsel

Are you a litigator looking to make a move in-house? I am working on a brilliant in-house role which provides scope for massive amounts of progression and development.

My client is a leading household name retailer, who has a global presence. With ambitious expansion plans, the company is looking for a junior to mid-level litigation lawyer to join its high performing and streamlined legal team.

Your role will comprise working across the business to advise on civil litigation and pre-litigation contentious matters. You will also advise on regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. You will enjoy a broad mix of work and be able to juggle small claims, as well as advising on larger, more complex disputes. You will be adept at providing clear and distilled legal advice to business stakeholders and be eager to educate the business.

You will be a key team member and will have exposure to lots of senior stakeholders. You will be visible across the business, so you will need to be confident in your approach, have excellent commercial judgment and be a clear communicator. You will need to be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Ideally, you will be 3 to 5 PQE and will have trained at a top City law firm. For more information, please do get in touch.
