Conveyancing Assistant, Chester

Salary £18,000 - £20,000

Due to recent expansion, a position has become available for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant to join a highly reputable high street practice for within their Chesterl office. Salary dependant on experience.

My client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant who can assist on a caseload of Residential Conveyancing/Property files from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience dealing within Conveyancing.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal
- Ability succeed working independently and within a team environment
- Possesses outstanding client care skills

- Excellent communication skills

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful applicant to assist on a varied caseload of conveyancing files which includes sales purchases, re-mortgages, leaseholds, rights to buy, Help to Buy etc. If you are looking to build your experience in conveyancing with a friendly, down to earth and reputable firm then please apply for immediate consideration.
