Part-time Facilities Assistant 10am/11am to 4pm at US Law Firm £Flex
US law firm, based in the City, is looking to hire a new Facilities Assistant to take ownership of the facilities, building and H&S aspects of the firm. Duties will include managing all building, maintenance and facilities related issues, liaising with contractors for any building related needs (such as electricians, plumbers), coordinating all health and safety related activities – risk assessments and organising training as required, office and meeting room moves, new joiner facilities support, bundling and litigation support and any other ad hoc that may arise. Applicants need to have an understanding of Health & Safety and how to implement this in the workplace in addition to at least 2/3 years operations/office services experience preferably from within a law firm. The hours are flexible should you wish to a later start/earlier finish or want a longer day/shorter day. Salary will most likely be pro-rated at £30,000 with flexibility.
