Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer on behalf of a Local Authority based in Central Birmingham. This role will involve high profile projects relating to sporting events and development projects.

It is essential that candidates have a strong commercial background, perhaps coming from an in-house or corporate position. Procurement knowledge would be useful for this role although it is not essential.

The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will take on a workload that may consist of drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts to include:

  • JCTs
  • NECs
  • Joint ventures
  • Contracts relating to high profile sporting events and large development projects

This is a full-time position and is to begin immediately for an initial period of 6 months, although it is likely that the position will continue beyond that.

Our client's offices are centrally based and are easily accessible by public transport.
