An opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor has arisen with a leading Warwickshire law firm to join their growing Property Litigation team. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary depending on your experience and presents an excellent opportunity for either a Property Litigation Associate/Senior Associate who is looking for a step up or from a regional firm or somebody who is keen to move away from the big firm politics.

About the role

The Property Litigation team in Warwickshire is highly ranked in Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 and advises on all aspects of property related disputes for a range of clients including commercial landlords, developers, landowners, property investors, property management companies and property occupiers.

Daily work of the Property Litigation Solicitor will include:

- Dilapidations
- Lease renewals and complex rent reviews
- Lease termination: forfeiture, surrender, break notices and notices to quit
- Recovery of rent and service charge arrears
- Consents to assign, underlet, alter and change use
- Development and contractual disputes
- Rights of light and site clearance
- Joint venture disputes

About you

The Real Estate Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6 months experience gained in either Property Litigation, Civil Litigation or Commercial Litigation but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.

The successful candidate will be able to lead by example and motivate others to achieve success. You will have strong organisational skills and a key eye for detail in addition to being an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
