I am working with an international law firm based in Birmingham in the search for a plot conveyancer to join their plot conveyancing team on a 3 month fixed term contract.
The role
You will have the opportunity to work within a busy yet supportive team. Duties include managing own case load of residential plot sales and conveyancing matters working for a range of house building clients.
About you
You need to be able to show that you have at least 6 months' experience in managing own caseload from inception to completion on sales.
Part exchange experience would be desirable.
