Legal Director - Commercial Property

A successful and ambitious boutique law firm based within a short walk from Liverpool Street station in central London currently has a requirement for a Head of Property at Legal Director / Partner level to join their firm. This is a senior Real Estate Solcitor vacancy and this role will typically work with Corporate clients is a client facing, leadership role so you need to be adaptable, commercially focused and able to provide a consultative approach to a variety of clients.

The firm have a good mix of clients and a particular focus on oversees clients from the Far East (Chinese, Japanese etc). This is a senior position in the firm and as they are looking for Senior Property Lawyer to provide leadership and experience in all areas of general Real Estate. The firm have an existing client base, however it is essential that the successful candidate is able to develop new business. You will therefore be an excellent communicator who is adaptable, commercial and driven. .

The ideal candidate will have strong Real Estate experience and will be comfortable developing new business and leveraging existing clients.
