Senior Property Lawyer - Part time FTC

Your new company
I have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Senior Property Lawyer to join my clients In House Legal Team, working 22 hours per week on a Fixed Term basis for 12 months. Initially based in Newbury, this role will move to Basingstoke in the spring next year when we relocate to our new Head Office.

Your new role
You'll lead a team providing property law advice in support of our Asset Management, Housing and Home Ownership teams. The work is varied and includes disposals of land or variation of covenants for value, complex title issues, transfers of stock between Housing Associations, advice on Right to Buy/Acquire, section 106 Agreement interpretation and boundary disputes. You will be supported by the Principal Solicitor and another Senior Property Lawyer and have responsibility for overseeing more junior members of the team, whilst managing your own caseload.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified Lawyer, ideally with 2 or more years PQE. You will need strong attention to detail, but with an ability to see the bigger picture. You must be able to give solid well thought out and clear advice for Clients to allow them to make informed decisions.
