Client
You will be joining a leading global multinational.
The organisation has multiple international offices across the entire globe.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's fantastic central London based HQ. You will also be able to undertake significant degrees of flexible working/WFH.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of corporate/M&A/real estate matters and also wider commercial contracts and varied day to day legal issues facing the business.
You will report directly into the General Counsel and operate within a flat non-hierarchical structure.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package including significant c.20%-30% bonus element.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 2-4 years' PQE. You will have some prior experience of corporate/M&A/real estate related issues.
