Residential Conveyancer

Applications are invited from qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers with strong customer service skills, looking to gravitate to a split role, managing a reduced caseload whilst providing quality advice and guidance to clients on the phone and face to face. Salary is upwards of £30,000 and negotiable, depending on experience.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a highly regarded and well established team- managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will also provide a high level of client support, face to face and over the telephone acting as the conduit between clients, referrers and larger office based teams.
