Employment Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate to join a Legal 500 ranked team in Oxfordshire on a permanent, full time basis.

The Role

The Employment Associate will take on the following key responsibilities:

• Working on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters focussing predominately on respondent work
• Occasionally dealing with claimant work for senior directors and executives
• Assisting the team with more complex matters
• Contributing to business development and building your own external network

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Employment Lawyer will require:

• At least 2 years' PQE as an Employment Solicitor
• Experience predominantly handling contentious matters
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships
• The ability to supervise and support more junior lawyers in the team

Salary and Benefits

In exchange for your expertise as an Employment Solicitor, you will receive:

• £44,000 - £52,000 per annum
