IP Senior Associate - Soft IP

My client is a leading Legal 100 law firm based in London that has a highly respected and experienced IP Team that advises a wide range of blue chip technology, manufacturing, life sciences and retail companies on all aspects of the exploitation and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. 
 
Due to growth, my client is looking to develop their IP Team further and have an open opportunity for an IP senior associate. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of high profile clients across a number of different sectors including manufacturing, technology, life sciences, financial services and retail.

The role:

• Enforcement of soft IP rights
• Soft IP advisory work
• IP Disputes
• Working with team members nationally and internationally
• Business development
• Client focused

Requirements:

• 2 years' PQE
• Commercially aware
• Technically excellent
• Experienced in business development
• Ideally, you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading IP practice
• Strong academic background
• Excellent communication skills
• Very well organised
