Corporate Solicitor

This Hull based law firm is seeking a 2-5 years' PQE corporate solicitor to join its Corporate Department.

You will be joining a sociable and welcoming firm that believes in the importance of a healthy work-life balance for all of its employees.

You are encouraged to work the standard hours of 9-5 Mon-Fri and will be invited to three social events throughout the year: a pub quiz night in April, an all-expenses paid trip to the races in July and a Christmas party.

Also included is BUPA care, critical illness cover, free car parking and, for the dog lovers, an office dog you can take out for walks on your lunches.

The role:

You will be working with fantastic clients and be responsible for a caseload of high calibre corporate transactions. You will also gain exposer to big tickets transactions. These include:

• PLCs
• M&A
• Joint ventures
• Share sales.

To be successful you will:

• Have completed a seat in corporate law
• Have a good understanding of corporate law matters 
• Be a newly qualified solicitor or due to qualify soon  
• Have the desire to progress through the team and develop your own client portfolio.
