Our client is a UK Healthcare leader focused on enhancing the quality of life by delivering science-based solutions.
We're looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Legal Counsel who will provide support to senior members of the legal team with a broad range of commercial, GDPR and IP work.
Key accountabilities:
- Negotiating supplier agreements.
- Drafting and negotiating key client and other partnership agreements both nationally and internationally.
- Working on exciting data protection matters.
- Advising on ad-hoc commercial law, data protection queries and IP across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- 2 to 3 PQE - Qualified in England and Wales.
- Experience at a top tier city law firm or in-house pharma / healthcare / life science.
- Solid background in Data law, IP and commercial contracts.
