Newly created role with nternational firm to analyse the relevant rules and regulations affecting acceptance of new business. Part-time or flexible working considered.
THE ROLE
To mentor and lead a team of business acceptance analysts to determine which new business can be accepted and making decisions regarding escalation of cases to the relevant senior risk and compliance head. The role will include researching legal and regulatory issues and drafting relevant guidance, precedents and training. As the role grows, you will assist in the development of the group and its policies, processes and systems, processes and systems
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
This role is for a qualified lawyer with previous experience in another large or City law firm in the area of conflicts and/or money laundering. Previous mentoring experience of interest.
