Your role as a Financing Lawyer:

• Be involved in both the legal and commercial decision-making
• Advise on a range of matters including; leveraged finance, asset finance, and debt capital market transactions
• Draft commercial aspects of relevant documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships

• Is newly qualified or has up to 4 years PQE
• Has prior experience of advising on financial and transactional matters
