This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to progress their career in exchange for a high-profile client list while working in conditions to match the best in the market.
Here's a position that involves working as part of a leading real estate practice over multiple offices, the Sheffield office works in close correspondence with the Manchester office as to provide excellent service to a variety of clients.
Duties will include handling real estate transactions with advertising investors, developers and occupiers while maintaining a client-focused approach. This is a good chance for exposure to a vast range of transactions through several different colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be required to be NQ-4+ years' PQE, with experience from a recognised real estate department in a major or medium-sized firm. You should have a strong academic background, be committed to business development and client management, along with the ability to demonstrate an interest in the commercial property industry.
Additional experience in dealing with transactions structured through corporate and offshore vehicles is advantageous, although not essential.
