An excellent opportunity for a Corporate Associate has arisen at a top tier firm in Manchester. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

The Team

This leading Tier 1 ranked corporate practice has a full service offering across M&A, equity capital markets, public company takeovers, private equity and more. The team work with a wide range of UK and international clients within a range of sectors to include the food, retail, manufacturing and utility sectors amongst others.

About the Role

In joining this successful, fast-paced department, the Corporate Solicitor will:

• Assist on transactions to include private equity, equity capital markets and public company M&A
• Work with an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients – both national and international
• Take on a mixture of transactional and non-transactional work

Candidate Profile

The Corporate Associate will require:

• 2+ years’ PQE as a Corporate Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate level)
• A hardworking, ambitious and motivated outlook
• Strong technical skills
• An excellent academic record

Salary and Benefits

The firm is offering the Corporate Solicitor the following:

• £48,000 - £65,000 per annum
