The Role:

The firm are seeking an experienced, Senior Employment Law Solicitor to join their award-winning, expert team.

You will play a critical role in the continued development of the firm, spearheading a full-service employment department at the firm's headquarters in Blackburn, acting for commercial clients comprising large, owner managed businesses or wholly owned UK subsidiaries of an overseas group.

A truly exciting opportunity for a Senior Employment Law Associate to put their stamp on the firm's offering and develop it, or a Partner with an established following to hit the ground running.

Requirements:

• 7-8 PQE
• A commercial approach and previous experience of dealing with owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs
• TUPE experience and the ability to support corporate and insolvency teams
