Role: Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Location: London

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000

Description:

I am currently working for an excellent high-profile firm in central London with a specific focus on international affairs who are looking for a new corporate commercial solicitor to join their department.

Ideally the applicant will have a minimum of 8 years PQE experience in Corporate Commercial matters however applications from all levels will be considered but you must be confident handling a busy caseload of high net worth tax and property matters within the corporate commercial department.

Applicants must have experience within the following:

- Jurisdiction matters

- High net worth international tax and property matters

- Sales and Purchases

- Offshore trusts and corporate structures

The firm has a particular focus on International matters so a keen interest in foreign affairs is a must for the role.
