This boutique international firm has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join their London office.
The role will be mainstream Corporate and they are ideally looking for a candidate between 0 and 3 years qualified. The firm has a very heavy focus on culture and fit and lawyers are given the freedom to work in a manner that suits them. They encourage a healthy work life balance with typical billable hours between 1200 – 1400 per year and are open to lawyers who are looking to work on a flexible basis. Most people work from home a day a week.
The role will be working with a Partner who is ex-Magic Circle and you will work on a mixed bag of M&A work, joint ventures, debt facilities, general commercial agreements, restructuring and project financing.
Salary will be very competitive and they also have a very generous bonus scheme on top of genuine prospects. Personality is key for this role as they place a huge emphasis on culture and fit as you will be part of a friendly and close knit team.
