I am working with a leading UK international law firm who are looking to add to their Corporate team with the hire of a Corporate Lawyer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate finance, securities, M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity and IPO's.

You will be Hong Kong qualified with 1-2 years PQE and have Chinese language skills and currently be working at an international law firm or a well known regional firm.

You will be working with a Corporate Partner who has in excess of 20 years experience in the Corporate field and you will gain excellent experience working on some cutting edge transactions.
