A reputable Nottingham law firm is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its private client team for a full-time, permanent role.
The Role
The Contentious Probate Solicitor will be responsible for running a caseload of contentious trust and probate work including:
- Inheritance Act Claims
- Complex high-value trust claims
- Will disputes
- Proprietary estoppel claims
The Candidate
The firm looks to hire a qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor who demonstrates:
- 5+ years of PQE (more junior candidates with solid contentious probate experience are also encouraged to apply)
- Experience working in a contentious probate team
- Strong academic qualifications
- Ambition and drive to advance your career
- Team playing abilities
The Rewards
The successful Probate Solicitor will be offered £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus an attractive benefits package including generous pension contributions.
