An internationally-focused law firm is looking to hire an ambitious Dispute Resolution Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its busy and growing Disputes Resolution department.

The Firm:

The Team:

The Dispute Resolution team is dynamic and market-leading, providing high quality advice to private and commercial clients. The firm’s core dispute resolution team covers a broad variety of matters including commercial litigation and arbitration, banking and finance litigation, fraud, company disputes, insurance litigation, professional negligence, IP litigation and trusts and regulatory work.

The Role:

In this Dispute Resolution role, the matters you work on will be varied and likely include:

  • Large fraud claims and asset recovery actions;
  • Shareholder and company disputes;
  • Banking and finance related disputes;
  • Trust disputes;
  • Warranty claims;
  • International arbitration;
  • Insurance disputes;
  • Aviation enforcement actions;
  • Defencing company directors from claims by liquidators; and
  • Insolvency related matters and investigations (e.g. Pensions Regulator, FCA).

The partners are looking for  a “self-starter” who is keen to take on responsibility and help lead the group forward as it continues to grow.

Requirements:

To be successful in this Dispute Resolution role, you will have a strong academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and experience of Dispute Resolution work at a City / strong regional firm.
