I am currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary in the Gainsborough area.

  • Legal experience desired
  • There is no specific department yet - this is part of rejigging of our resources, but experience within a particular department would always be welcome.
  • General office admin also a key part of role, including covering Reception
  • Up to £18,000

The Role & Candidate Requirements

Our firm is looking for someone to join our team based in Gainsborough, directly supporting our professional legal staff. The successful candidate will be expected to have the following skills;

  • Proficient and accurate touch and audio transcription typist with experience of audio transcription
  • Document processing, diary management, preparation of forms and inputting and maintenance of data using Practice Management Software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive approach.
  • Must be able to manage a varied workload and have an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
