Corporate Solicitor - Top 100 Law Firm

A top 100 Law Firm in South Manchester specialising in Commercial and Private Client work is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to the team.

This 'top ranked law firm' with over 400 employees across the UK will give you excellent opportunity within the firm to progress and have a successful, long career.

If you are a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with extensive experience of corporate work (ideally 7+ years PQE), I would love to speak to you about this opportunity.

You will be in integral part of the Corporate/Commercial term and be hold varied responsibilities including:

• Running your own case load
• Provide advise to clients on a variety of corporate law issues such as drafting documents, cross option agreements, shareholder agreements,
• Marketing and business development (following is highly advantage)
• Deliver presentations/seminars on corporate matters
