A rare and exciting opportunity for an assistant solicitor has become available in this leading Legal 500 firm at their Leeds office.
This role is specific to construction law, including both non-contentious and contentious work.
The successful construction solicitor will support senior professional staff through providing legal services to clients, generating fee income and supervising trainee solicitors and support staff.
This construction solicitor vacancy would suit an NQ-4 PQE solicitor, although candidates outside of this level will still be considered.
This leading Construction Team acts for a wide range of public and private sector clients, including professional consultants such as architects and engineers, contractors, developers, housebuilders, sub-contractors, owner occupiers and local authorities. This gives them an in-depth understanding of the construction industry and client needs.
The team have considerable experience of advising on high value and complex contentious construction and engineering disputes and the team provide a high quality, commercial and pragmatic solution covering every aspect of the construction industry, from procurement through to completion, which includes resolving any disputes that may arise throughout, or following completion of the project.
