The Role:
Your role as a Dispute Resolution Lawyer will encompass a range of commercial and financial disputes including banking litigation, contractual and other commercial disputes, administrative law matters, energy/infrastructure disputes and competition litigation.
The Dispute Resolution practice is a large team where plenty of market leading Partners are on hand to ensure your success and development. In this team, you will handle a range of matters including; cross-border disputes, regulatory and prosecutorial investigations, High Court matters, domestic and international arbitrations and formal inquiries.
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate for this position as a Dispute Resolution Lawyer be those who are analytically acute with abundance of confidence and ambition. A desire to join a fast paced and intellectually stimulating environment is essential.
A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will be a recent NQ or have up to 5 years PQE. Prior exposure to complex, high value disputes and investigations and prior experience giving dispute resolution advice in a strategic context is essential. An excellent academic record is also required for this client.
