Due to continued expansion, this law firm in Preston is looking to recruit a residential conveyancing solicitor to join their well-established team.
You will be joining a growing conveyancing team of 4, where you will be responsible for your caseload containing a full range of conveyancing matters from start to finish.
You will also be dealing with some London based work which will include complex leasehold on flats, so you will need to have strong technical skills/knowledge.
You will likely be a conveyancing solicitor/licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least 5 years' PQE in handling a broad range of residential conveyancing cases. You will be used to working autonomously and have experience in sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and new builds.
