A leading L500 recognised practice based in Buckinghamshire seek an experienced Solicitor to join as Head of Commercial Property.

The successful applicant will work closely with Senior Partners and the firm's Management Board and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running and continued success of the Commercial Property Department.

You will work towards facilitating growth and development of the department through both fee earning activity and contributing to business development and client generation initiatives.

The department acts on behalf of large corporate entities, SME's, investors and developers dealing with a broad variety of work including acquisitions and disposals, development projects and landlord and tenant work.

The ideal applicant will be a qualified Solicitor that has broad and varied experience in all aspects transactional commercial property work with proven experience of developing business and cultivating relationships with corporate clients.
