RTA Fraud Paralegal, Legal Executive, Solicitor Manchester - This highly regarded national firm is looking for an experienced fee earner with a strong background in litigated motor fraud. It would also be an advantage to have some experience of credit hire as the team does handle a considerable amount of credit hire-related fraud work.

REASON FOR THE ROLE

As a result of an increase in workload, the Manchester-based insurance fraud team is looking to hire an experienced fee earner with proven defendant insurance fraud experience to handle a litigated caseload of defendant RTA fraud work.

Prospective candidates should ideally demonstrate experience in defendant personal injury, notably RTA Fraud, or fast track RTA. Applications will also be considered from strong candidates with a claimant background who wish to make the switch to defendant work.

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

This is a busy personal injury team who handle a considerable amount of defendant fraud work for some of the country's leading insurers. As well as the requisite skill set, you will need to be able to:

  • work under pressure in a busy environment;
  • work independently as well as in a team environment;
  • possess excellent attention-to-detail; and
  • instruct and guide the more junior members of the team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work thoroughly yet efficiently. The defendant fraud team of this firm is at the forefront of this area of personal injury law and seeks out the best candidates to join its ranks.
