One of the largest corporate teams in the country is in further growth mode and looking to hire a number of mid-level corporate lawyers with ideally a minimum of 2 years PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for bright UK, Australian and New Zealand corporate lawyers to join a very busy and thriving team.

The group's international focus means that you will have the opportunity for cross border work and international transactions as well as exposure to clients early on in your career. You will gain broad experience including Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets. Lawyers keen to specialise more will also have the option to do so.

As well as previous high quality corporate experience, you will also need to have sound judgement and good interpersonal skills due to the client facing nature of this opportunity. Despite being a large team, the group have a very people focused atmosphere and are known for being supportive and social.
