The firm and role:

The firm already has an established corporate commercial law practice (currently consisting of two partner and other lawyers) and is looking to recruit a corporate commercial lawyer to join their company commercial team as a partner or partner designate to assist with the development of the team and practice area. This is a great career opportunity to join one of the leading law firms in the region which is ranked for a number of practice areas in the LEGAL 500.

This well established North Home Counties based law firm provides a wide range of both business and personal legal services.

Candidates will need to have strong technical skills in corporate and commercial law, such as:

• M&A
• joint ventures; and
• commercial contracts.

The role will also include taking an active involvement in business development and building the firm’s company commercial law practice further.
