Corporate Commercial Solicitor

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm with 3 sites in Cambridgeshire is looking to hire a senior corporate commercial solicitor as part of the firm's early succession planning in their Huntingdon office.

You will ideally be a corporate commercial solicitor with around 8 years of PQE or more and will be able to offer an excellent level of technical knowledge in relation to transactional work. You will be able to deal with M&A work, joint venture matters, restructuring, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreements and commercial support work.

The firm has an excellent client base which includes both local SMEs and larger national PLCs, and the ideal solicitor will be happy to take part in and also lead networking and business development events. Initially working closely with a long-standing partner, the role offers excellent progression prospects and a leading salary and full benefits are on offer.
