Corporate PSL

Major international practice is looking for a Professional Support or Knowledge lawyer to join its Corporate team. 

This position is open to both full and part-time applicants (minimum 3 days a week).

The role:

• Working with the firm's wider Knowledge team to support the  Corporate Group, both in the UK and worldwide, and implement an ongoing strategy for Corporate knowledge
• Creating knowledge content and resources (including best practice), particularly in relation to the UK Corporate team
• Involvement in design and delivery of technical training and development of Corporate lawyers in the UK
• Working with the department to develop client facing initiatives and help with identifying marketing opportunities

The candidate:

• Minimum of 5yrs PQE, ideally gained in another major City practice or in-house legal team of a large corporate or financial institution
• As well as general corporate experience, candidates will also have experience of securities work
• Excellent drafting skills
• Strong academic record essential
