This market-leading specialist volume remortgage and conveyancing firm is now strengthening its team with a remortgage caseworker.
This Leeds-based firm provides specialist volume remortgage and conveyancing services to the leading businesses in the UK lending, estate agency and house-building industries.
As a remortgage caseworker, you will be responsible for managing a full remortgage caseload from instruction to completion. This will include liaising with customers, clients and third parties to provide fast and efficient service. You will be working towards target completion dates and be responsible for ensuring that the full remortgage process is carried out with accuracy and to our client's expectations.
You will be used to working to tight deadlines and of working within Service Level Agreements. You should also have previous experience of achieving monthly completions targets whilst giving attention to detail and maintaining a high-quality standard of work.
You must be experienced in running a high-volume caseload, this may, or may not be within the remortgage sector. Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills are essential. Previous experience of using a case management system is also highly advantageous.
Most importantly, you will have a professional approach to work and enjoy a busy workload. They are looking for individuals who have a strong commitment to client care.
