The Role:

• As a Corporate Partner, you will spearhead the corporate team, managing the full range of corporate matters.
• You will oversee corporate transaction for owner managed businesses, typically with a value of up to £35 million.
• You will contribute to business development and marketing of the firm alongside the other Partners and Client Relationship Director. You will have a genuine desire to lead a team of expert solicitors and to contribute to the continued growth of one of the most dynamic firms in the North-West.

Requirements:

• An experienced and ambitious Corporate Partner or Senior Solicitor
• First class technical ability
• Proven business development experience
• Demonstrable experience managing and leading a team
