Corporate Counsel

LAW Absolute are working with an international network of higher-education institutions. This organisation is based in London. Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their team to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be an experienced qualified Solicitor with a broad range of corporate legal matters. You will report to the Group General Counsel and provide legal advice for all aspects of company law. The ideal candidate will have good training from a City firm.

Your work will include legal matters such as; M&A, corporate restructuring, private equity, capital markets and joint ventures.
