Title: Commercial Dispute Resolution Associate

Salary: £50,000+ DOE

Level: 1 - 3 PQE

Our client is a well-established Top Tier firm in Reading which is highly regarded for their dispute resolution work. The dispute resolution team handles a wide range of disputes for local businesses, HNW individuals and international clients. The caseload you will receive with this firm matches the quality you would typically expect to receive at a London City practice and includes a broad range of litigation and insolvency matters such as :

• Contractual claims and enforcement
• Personal and corporate insolvency
• Pre-petition and pre insolvency events
• Injunction threats and advisory work

An opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with at least one year of qualified experience to join their growing team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of running their own commercial litigation caseload whilst supporting more senior members with their more complex work.
