Fantastic opportunity at this popular City firm for an experienced private equity lawyer to join one of the biggest teams in the City. The practice is renowned for their work in this field and are regularly recognised with industry awards. You will work on top-quality, often international private equity transactions in line with the firms key sectors including life sciences, IP/Telecoms and renewable energy. You will have solid PE experience from a comparable firm and experience of working on M&A and buy-out transactions. Genuine partnership prospects in the short-to-mid term.
