Lead Corporate Commercial Paralegal

Our client, a leading international law firm, have given us a mandate to search for an experienced Corporate or Commercial Paralegal to manage their own team in the firm's state of the art legal delivery centre in Birmingham.

The firm are built around the needs of their clients, and focus on five main industries: energies, infrastructure, financial services, real estate and advanced manufacturing and technology - they pride themselves on a modern, dynamic culture and are keen to find the right individual who resonates with these values.

This unique LDC operates on the idea of helping their clients achieve 'more with less' and is at the cutting edge in its use of technology and modern work practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial or Corporate Paralegal to step into a position of managerial responsibility. The successful applicant shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of their own team of junior and apprentice paralegals, training and undertaking more technically complex legal tasks.

Potential applicants must have at least three years of corporate or commercial paralegal experience.
