Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
Oxfordshire, Competitive salary, 2 + years PQE
Well respected firm offering competitive remuneration seeks talented Residential Property Lawyer to join their Residential Conveyancing department on a full time basis.
The successful applicant will handle a busy caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion with the assistance of excellent in-house support and a collaborative team mentality.
The firm is an established multi-disciplinary firm in the local area with a strong local client base due to their commitment to delivering the highest standards of client care. Their reputation attracts regular instruction from a range of clients.
In order to be considered for this position your technical knowledge, strong attention to detail and good experience of leaseholds, new build experience and shared ownership is essential. The successful candidate will also have at least two years' current experience dealing with residential conveyancing work.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered on a case by case basis.
