CRM Database Steward role for InterAction in an international law firm. London based. Up to £35,000.
This international law firm is looking for a Data Steward to join their Business Development and Marketing team, in managing the quality of the data in their CRM system, InterAction. This comes at a time when the team are looking to do a complete overhaul of their data to best utilise the CRM as strategic BD tool.
The day to day duties will include:
- Managing data change tickets
- Carrying out data cleansing
- Monitoring the new data review process
- Managing Partner on boarding and off boarding data
- Supporting with the events process
The firm is looking for a candidate who enjoys working with data and ideally has a few years’ experience in a database focused role. Candidates will need to be familiar with InterAction, and ideally have legal sector experience, however they are open to wider professional services experience.
