Lexcel accredited practice in London seeks a talented Business Immigration Senior Associate/Partner.
This is a rare opportunity for a driven Business Immigration Senior Associate/Partner to join a leading, international firm in Central London. The successful candidate will handle a busy caseload of business immigration matters, whilst ensuring excellence in client care at all times.
Responsibilities
• Tier 1 entrepreneur visa
• Sponsor licence tier 2 applications
• Tier 2 compliance
• Acting for Tier 1 high-value migrants
• Leave to remain
• Extensions to work permits
• Immigration audits
• Assisting clients with Home Office inspections
• Networking and business development
The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE
• Solid experience in business immigration matters gained within a reputable firm
• Track record of leading a team is required
• Having a following will be highly advantageous
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), Danish, French German or Italian will be beneficial
