Well-established firm in Somerset seeks an experienced Residential Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a driven Residential Property Solicitor to join our client’s bespoke office in Taunton. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and people skills, whilst developing the residential property department.
Responsibilities
• Registered and unregistered land
• Freehold and leasehold
• Residential development
• Easements
• Conditional contracts
• High-net-worth clients
• Supervisory and management responsibility
• Networking and business development
The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
• Good technical legal knowledge
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Experience in team management would be advantageous
• Strong business development track record is required
