Do you want to undertake a hugely varied in-house legal role for a leading international name organisation?
Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a leading international name organisation, operational across several sectors including the Energy sector.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's central London offices.
You will undertake an extremely diverse and richly varied in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and also getting involved in wider day to day legal issues such as in respect of handling litigation, advising on regulatory issues, etc.
You will work within a highly supportive and collaborative in-house legal team dynamic. You will report directly into the General Counsel and operate within a non-hierarchical flat structure.
You will be rewarded with a highly lucrative and extensive remuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 2-6 years' PQE and have some prior commercial contracting experience. Prior experience of the Energy sector would be a bonus but is not a pre-requisite.
