An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer to join a leading law firm on a permanent, full time basis.
The Role
The Corporate Commercial Lawyer will be dealing with a variety of clients such as corporate, international and owner managed businesses. You will be providing advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from:
- Corporate matters
- Joint ventures
- Businesses and share sales and acquisitions
- Corporate restructurings
- Constitutional and shareholder issues
- Commercial contracts
Candidate Requirements
The firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer who has:
- 3+ years PQE
- Background / training in a range of Corporate Commercial matters
- Strong commercial acumen
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A good attention to detail
- Good academics
