Residential Conveyancer - East Sussex £40-50K (DOE)

A more senior opportunity for an individual wishing to develop further in the region with good long term options at the firm for a committed conveyancer.

An East Sussex based law firm with a number of offices along the Sussex coast have an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer to join the existing Residential Property team. Set in the picturesque town of Bexhill with its art and cultural heritage the housing market has seen steady growth and the firm have their fair share of work and ongoing pipeline. This position requires an individual with experience and local market knowledge would also be incredibly advantageous.

You should be an experienced conveyancer with ideally 5 years PQE+ and proven experience in dealing with broad range of residential property matters and be able to competently manage mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold matters, sales and purchases, shared ownership, lease extensions, transfer of equity etc. A good understanding of the local and regional market and a keen eye for new business opportunities in developing the current reach of the firm would be viewed as highly beneficial. The firm is very well established across East Sussex at several different sites but new ideas and additional business is always welcome!

Being the senior conveyancer at this particular office brings responsibility and good leadership qualities are sought. You will be ably supported by a junior conveyancer so a experience in mentoring and providing direction will also be a much coveted attribute.
